Return window

You have 14 days from delivery to let us know you wish to return a piece, by email or through our contact form, with no reason required.

Conditions

• The piece must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered, with no alteration, restoration or damage.
• It must be packed with the same care as on dispatch, ideally in its original packaging or crate.
• For furniture, the return is arranged with our partner The Packengers to ensure insured transport. We will send you a return quote.

Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. Import duties and taxes paid abroad cannot be refunded by us; depending on your country, they may sometimes be reclaimed from customs.

Refund

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the piece, to the original payment method.

Damaged on arrival

If your piece arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the piece and the packaging. We handle the claim with the carrier and the insurer.
